Right at the start of this year (Day 1), I started to write new game music every day for 21 days for the Video Game Music Academy challenge. I’m happy to report that I was able to conclude the challenge successfully and on schedule. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun. What’s great about this challenge is that we are able to step out of our confort zone and create music that we don’t generally do, also makes us do quick decisions because we don’t have the time to spare. I can say that for the most part I’m happy with the music that I made these days, although almost all of them are quite raw. I ended up liking some of the tracks that I made and probably later they’ll get the treatment that they deserve.
